MEH House System
This is our effort to build a madrasah-wide community to engage students and parents, build character, relationships, healthy competition, and madrasah spirit. We look forward to your continued support. Oh yes, and you can help too. Parent volunteers earn points for your child’s house.
Your child will remain in the same house throughout their time in madrasah. Parents and guardians, you can award points to any member of the staff using the Thank You link on the home page! Read all about each house below and share your thoughts at madrasah@houstonjamaat.com.
HOW DO WE EARN POINTS?
Regularly using Lisan ud Dawat while talking, excellent conduct, perfect attendance, punctuality, superb behavior, respectful, helping others, leadership, participation in activities, competitions and challenges, volunteering, hifz sanad, properly filled malaaf, check out 3 books from maktabat and submit a review, submit projects on time, discipline observed by teachers during class and lunch, obeying madrasa rules, and any unique worthy work as decided by teachers and admin.
LOSE POINTS FOR YOUR HOUSE?
Disrespect, lying, cheating, fighting, bullying, teasing, continued tardiness, missing homework, disrupting class and anything deemed inappropriate by any teacher or admin.
