To help us provide a safe environment for every student, parents are asked to ensure that the Madrasah has accurate and up-to-date medical and emergency information.

Please remember:

• Inform the Madrasah Office of any medical conditions, allergies, or special health concerns that may affect your child while attending Madrasah.
• Ensure that your contact information is always current. Please notify the office immediately if your phone number or other contact information changes.
• If your child requires prescription medication during Madrasah hours, please contact the Madrasah Office in advance to discuss the appropriate arrangements. Students should not carry or self-administer medication unless specifically authorized by the Madrasah.

In the event of an illness or emergency, the Madrasah will make every effort to contact a parent or emergency contact as quickly as possible.
