Parents wishing to register a new student at Madrasah Ezziyah Houston should contact the Head Moallim and visit the Madrasah Admin Office on a Saturday after 9:00 AM.

Please come to the Admin Office to:

• Request the appropriate registration forms
• Receive information regarding required documentation and fees
• Complete the registration process
• Have your child’s photo taken for their Madrasah ID card
• Ask any questions regarding class placement or Madrasah procedures

Please note that registration is not complete until all required forms, information, and financial arrangements have been submitted and confirmed by the Accounts and Admin Office.

Uniform Requirement

Madrasah uniform is mandatory for all students. Parents of newly registered students should make arrangements to order the required uniform as soon as possible.
